On September 23 rd , 9.30am, Ngāti Rāhiri, Ngāti Kawa and Matarahurahu formally handed Te Kaunihera o Te Hiku o te Ika (FNDC) the recently developed Kāinga Plan - Climate Adaptation Plan (CAP), prior to the formal sitting of Te Kuaka Te Ao Māori Komiti.
